Tennis booking privileges are extended only to members in good standing who are not more than 30 days in arrears of their annual dues or monthly accounts. Social members, or members on leave-of-absence do not have tennis booking privileges.
Members may reserve a court for play with other members, up to 10 calendar days prior to the day of play. In general, bookings will be for one hour; however, subject to court availability, two consecutive hours may be booked in non-prime time 48 hours in advance of the beginning of play. Members may reserve a court for play with a guest(s) up to 10 calendar days in advance during non-prime time and 5 calendar days during prime time.
Procedures relating to block bookings of courts for the season are available from the office.
A junior who is playing with a senior member may make prime time bookings with the usual 10 days lead time; a junior playing with another junior member may make prime time bookings 48 hours in advance.
Tennis Guests
Members introducing guests are asked to give the guest name(s) when the court booking is made and to enter them in the Club Guest Book (found in the main floor foyer) at the time of play. The same guest can play at the Club a maximum of 2 times during a calendar month, and not more than a total of 5 times during the year. No guest fees will apply after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday evenings.

Court Fee: $16.00 per hour (divided among the member players)
Guest Fee: $15.00 per guest (no fee after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday)

Cancellations
At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required.
If a game is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and the court time is not rebooked, the court fee will be charged to the cancelling members. If one player cancels with less than 48 hours notice and the pro has to fill in because no substitute can be found, the cancelling member will be charged for the pro's time as specified above, plus their original share of the court fee. In addition, if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given, a cancellation fee of $15.00 will apply unless the member provides a substitute who has agreed to play. The Tennis Committee may, on behalf of the Board, apply sanctions where a lack of consideration for others is shown through inordinately frequent cancellation and/or inadequate notice.
